All sales are final. 2nd Amendment Pens guarantees your fine writing instrument will be free from defects due to a complete and rigorous inspection of your pen before it leaves the studio. Should your pen not work to your satisfaction, I will make it right for you. The pens are custom hand crafted created one at a time by me. From time to time, I will be out of stock on popular styles. If I am out of stock, please contact me through the contact us page and I will make every effort to create your ideal pen. With that in mind please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.
